Fantaisie du Blé has been offering its dessert and pastry creations to caterers, restaurants, daycare centres, schools, canteens, hospitals, grocery stores and others for nearly 35 years now.

Our mission – to work with you to help you plan your menu. Sweet treats are our specialty! La Fantaisie du Blé is proud to offer desserts that are healthy while still satisfying one’s sweet tooth!

Our specialty since 1989 : homemade date squares that contain no trans fats, are low in saturated fat and are made with only seven ingredients.

This popular dessert is made with 100% fresh dates, without any artificial colours or flavours.

Our products, which are all made with love and passion, also have a long shelf life. For example, our date squares keep for up to 45 days unrefrigerated after thawing. We are also known for the branded products we make for wholesalers.
